At VibroSound, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is built to provide years of use when cared for properly. Our warranty protects you, the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Standard Warranty Coverage

• If your product does not perform as specified, VibroSound will repair or replace it at no cost (excluding shipping), provided the issue falls within warranty terms.
• All VibroSound products come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the date of purchase.

Upholstery & Vinyl

• Upholstery is covered by a separate limited manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) year.
  
• Coverage applies only to defects in the manufacturing process.
  
• Exclusions: tears, damage from oils, use of incorrect cleaners, lack of cleaning, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

• Incorrect installation, operation, or failure to follow instructions.
  
• Use contrary to the intended purpose (e.g., sleeping mattress, unsupervised use by children, intoxication).
  
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, spills, or exposure to moisture.
  
• Electrical faults from incorrect voltages, surges, or thunderstorms.
  
• Flattening, trampling, or kinking of electrical cables (unless reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  
• Use of unauthorised accessories, alterations, or repairs not approved by VibroSound.
  
• Obsolete or discontinued stock (unless faulty on delivery).
  

Returns & Faults

• Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
  
• Requests for returns or credit must be made within 24 hours of receipt and items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging.
  
• Non-stock, custom, or special orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
  
• Transit damage or loss must be claimed directly with the carrier (even if VibroSound arranged shipping).
  

On-Site Service

On-site warranty service is available in selected areas of Australia.

• Call-out and travel fees may apply (rates vary by location).
  
• There is no charge for parts and labour if a covered defect is found.
  

Liability Limitations

• VibroSound will not be liable for consequential damages, financial losses, or personal injury resulting from misuse or abuse.
  
• Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price or replacement of the product.
  
• Where a replacement is provided, the original product becomes the property of VibroSound.
