The short answer? LOTS! We beleive that the body needs a symphony of sound rather than a single frequency. We use a range of low frequencies, primarily between 30 Hz and 120 Hz, in our vibroacoustic therapy devices. These low frequencies are carefully chosen because they resonate deeply with the body, promoting relaxation, easing tension, and supporting overall well-being.

Our soundtracks are uniquely crafted to include a variety of therapeutic frequencies. While some are based on widely recognized tones, like solfeggio frequencies, we also utilize different tuning systems, such as 432 Hz and 440 Hz.
